TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E513 OF 2024 By Criscentia Geneveive Ngesa, of P.O. Box 801000–1834, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, through Messrs. F. Mugo & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carrington Roderique Dulo, late of Highrise, Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E530 OF 2024 By (1) Ngure Mwaniki, (2) Joy Josephine Thitu Mwaniki and (3) Julie Wangechi Mwaniki, the deceased’s widower and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lillian Wanjiku Mwaniki alias Lilian Wanjiku Mwaniki, late of Nairobi, who died along Megara Road, Lavington, on 10th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
