TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2024
By (1) Nzaka Munga Nzaka and (2) Hassan Msitu Munga, both of
P.O. Box 130, Mariakani in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munga Nzaka Hare,
who died on 7th August, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024
By Cyril Owambo, of P.O. Box 421, Mariakani in Kenya, the
deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Maurice Gilbert Owambo, who died at Coast Provincial
General Hospital in Kenya, on 1st March, 2023
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
