TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2024 By (1) Juliana Mwenda Charo, (2) Jonathan Karisa, (3) Eunice Zawadi Karisa, all of P.O. Box 86477–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Alphonce Rashid Karisa alias Alphonce Rashid, who died at Kadzandani, Mombasa, on 9th January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
