E666 OF 2023 By Musa Odhiambo Kola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Atwecho Kola, who died on 7th July, 2019. CAUSE NO. E285 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Opiyo Abira and (2) Richard Ogalo Abira, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Abira Ogalo, who died on 22nd April, 2004. THE KENYA GAZETTE 10th January, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
