TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E286 OF 2024 By Elizabeth Nyasaina Mokoro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Mongare Gwako, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E472 OF 2024 By Sally Jepchuma Chesire, of P.O. Box 13102, Nakuru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Kiplangat Chesire, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
