TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2024 By Bonventure Synday Wandera, of P.O. Box 710–30700, Iten in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petronilla Aloo Wandera, who died at Ojibo Sub-location, on 28th December, 2020. 10th January, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E448 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Atieno Barasa and (2) Ken Kalara Barasa of P.O. Box 275-50400, Bisia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son respectively for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Barasa Odundo who died at Busia County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
