TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2024 By Charles Masiga Bwako, of P.O. Box 14–50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kelement Ngobi Bwaku alias Clement Ngobi Bwago, who died at Mayenje, on 4th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
