E281 OF 2024 By Robert Ouma Siundu, of P.O. Box 275, Busia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siundu Wasike Idima, who died at Igero Sub-location, on 5th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E337 OF 2024 By Lucas Onyasi Othieno Ouma, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Othieno Onyango Oguro, who died at Igula West, on 15th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. E338 OF 2024 By (1) Thomas Makio and (2) Cyprian Ochieng Nawinyi, both of P.O. Box 118, Nambale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Makio Kwoba alias John Makio, who died at Lwanyange Sub-location in 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
