TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2024 By Saul Masabiro Mwilitsa, of P.O. Box 104, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwilitsa Lubeka Malaya alias Musa Mwilitsa Luveka, who died at Virhembe, on 14th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E960 OF 2024 By Joan Betty Watsulu, of P.O. Box 58, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Brigita Syambi Watsulu alias Brigit Nekesa alias Brigite Nekesa, who died at Kakamega Orhopaedics Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
