TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2024 By (1) Addah Njoki Njoroge and (2) Margaret Waithira Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 250–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bildad Njoroge Mbugua, who died at Kimuga, Kiambaa, on 22nd May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E299 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Ndungu Gitau and (2) Joseph Waweru Muchai, both of P.O. Box 135–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Nyambura Muchai, who died at District Hospital, Tigoni in Kenya, on 7th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
