TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 305 OF 2024 By (1) Hellen Wangui Kamanja, (2) Hanah Njeri Kamanga and (3) Linet Wanjiru Migwi, all of P.O. Box 80–20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Wanjiru Kamanja, who died at Lesirko Sub-location, on 13th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. 316 OF 2024 By (1) Abraham Gatimu Gachahi and (2) Samuel Mutitu Gachahi, both of P.O. Box 1016–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Gachahi Ngari, who died at Muhotetu, on 28th December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
