TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 281 OF 2024 By Virginia Wairimu Mwangi, of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwangi Githua, who died at Oljabet Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. 302 OF 2024 By (1) Ephantus Maina Mwangi and (2) Ibrahim Mwangi Githinji, both of P.O. Box 1016–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Muthoni Mwangi, who died at Lesirko, on 29th April, 2019. THE KENYA GAZETTE 10th January, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
