TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2024 By (1) Solomon Njuguna Thuo and (2) Jane Wambui Thuo, both of P.O. Box 8928–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Thuo Kungu, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 18th February, 2017. CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2024 By (1) Mungai F. J. Mbugua and (2) Peter Njunge Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 249, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Gachongo alias Mbugua Gathongo, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
