TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2024
By (1) Salome Njoki Mbugua and (2) Pauline Wambui Njoki, both of P.O. Box 262, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leoh Ndungu Muchai, who died at Nyondia, Kabati, on 9th
April, 2023.
