TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By Zipporah Ndunge Makosi, of P.O. Box 121–90131, Tala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Mwongeli Makosi, who died at Nguluni, on 10th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By (1) Consolata Kiloko Mbithi, (2) Patrick Mwania Mbithi and (3) Stephen Nzioka Mbithi, all of P.O. Box 552–00520, Ruai in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mbithi Makewa, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
