TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Artah Wanjiru Maina, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Maina Kiriro, who died at P.C.E.A. Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Kironyo and (2) Robert Giceru Kariuki, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wanjiru Kariuki, who died at Kitengela Medical Services, on 29th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
