TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024 By (1) Jackson Kutata Kilukei and (2) Sakana ole Turere Saiteu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilukei ole Turere, who died at Ololooitikoshi, on 17th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By Nancy Carey Akoth, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phelgona Auma Onyango, who died at Kitengela, on 4th February, 2019. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2024 By (1) Njogu Maregwa Musumu and (2) Mary Wangui Mwangi, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Waguama, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 6th July, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
