TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By (1) Dorothy Meteine Taani and (2) Edward Gitau Ntayiah, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Oloyionde Ntayia, who died at Isinya, on 14th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By Koika Kedoki Ntete, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkaadi Kedoki Ntete, who died at Olkerai, on 26th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
