TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E185 OF 2024 By George Otieno Nondi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Nondi Ndunya alias Nondi Ndunya, who died at Wagai Sub-location, on 15th February, 1994. CAUSE NO. E472 OF 2024 By Martin Okoth Opiyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hillarius Opiyo Olunga alias Opiyo Olunga alias Larius Opiyo Olunga, who died at Hono Sub- location, on 30th September, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
