Box 113, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Onchego Otundo, who died on 2nd March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E326 OF 2024 By Hellen Kemunto Onsare, of P.O. Box 414–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onsare Ondari, who died at Nyamache, on 31st May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E394 OF 2024 By Kevin Nyanumba Obwagi, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenyenga Matundura, who died at Iranda Sub- location, on 1st July, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
