Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rogito Mourume alias Rogito Maurume, who died at Nyatieko Sub- location, on 15th February, 1990. CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2024 By Dickens Kibagendi Nyamboki, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakundi Nyamboki, who died at Kenyoro, on 1st January, 1975. CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2024 By Chrisanto Mekenye, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Mogere, who died at Kisii Township, on 14th October, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
