TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2024 By Peter Ondieki Karori, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chrispino Ondieki Onkoba, who died on 10th September, 1983. CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2024 By Mogire Shem Mireri, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Mireri Onchari alias Mireri Onchari, who died at Masongo Sub- location, on 12th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
