TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2020 By (1) Simon Oyaro Mombo and (2) James Mombo Gwaro, both of P.O. Box 786–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mombo Ngiti, who died at Amabuko, on 10th November, 1973. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2021 By Jemimah Nyamoita Moenga, of P.O. Box 786–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Moenga Ondieki, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 26th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
