TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By John Mose Okenye, of P.O. Box 2532–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okenye Nyabonda, who died on 15th April, 1986. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2024 By Jane Nyanchama Auka, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuba Bagaka, who died at Bassi Masige West Location, on 3rd March, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
