E127 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Akinyi Odoyo and (2) Alice Atieno Poni, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Awuondo alias James Otieno Awuondo, who died at Nyaguda Sub-location, on 25th December, 1989. CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2024 By Bonifas Okumu Okech, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyeng Amolo, who died at Migwena, on 13th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. E234 OF 2024 By John Ongwen Aura, the deceased’s stepbrother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisalom Gombe Opapa alias Gombe Opapa, who died at Akom Sub-location, on 3rd February, 2001. CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2024 By Obala Oware Owuor, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Oware Owuor, who died at Uyawi Sub-location, on 13th July, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
