E170 OF 2024 By Katana Kaingu Ngala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanyanje Mduga Mzungu, who died on 11th December, 2002. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2024 By Albert Nyoka Mzungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanyanje Mduga Mwanyanje, who died on 1st November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2024 By Mohammed Abdalla Said, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Sefu Bsai, who died on 17th December, 1992. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2024 By Badi Ngua Kitole, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngua Kitole Mwanyanje, who died on 3rd May, 1993. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By Emmanuel Baraka Festus, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwandurumo Vale Mwanyanje, who died on 12th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2024 By Festus Pande Mzungu, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mduga Mzungu Vale, who died on 6th February, 2015.
