TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2024 By Mohamed Dio Kilibai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Diyo Kilibai Jara, who died on 9th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024 By Vanotti Fossali Federico Simon Leone, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elena Vanotti, who died on 8th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024 By (1) Sidi Charo Iha and (2) Christine Dama Charo, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Iha Baya, who died on 29th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
