CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2024 By Mercy Kagwiria, of P.O. Box 2660, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Gitonga M’Ncurubi, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2004. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Marete M’Mungania alia Marete Mungania, who died at Consolata Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2015.
