TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2024 By (1) Samuel Lemaiyan Punyua and (2) George Punyua Saruni, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koitat ole Punyua, who died at Osupuko, on 18th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By Muloyian Kureiyan Ntombo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Njeri Marebe, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2008. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2024 By Anastasia Nyambura Mbugua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mbugua Wachaiyu, who died on 23rd July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
