E98 OF 2024 By Yona Odhiambo Ayieko, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Otieno Amoke alias Amoke Teti, who died on 20th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. E370 OF 2024 By (1) Manase Onunga Ogola and (2) Dumtila Nafula Ouma, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Ogola Nyalaji, who died at Chiga, Kisumu, on 20th September, 1988. CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2024 By Rhoda Amolo Ogonda, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Adhiambo Ogonda alias Joyce A. Ogonda, who died at Kaloleni Sub-location, on 27th February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
