TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E703 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Omondi Aludo and (2) Jerome Banjamin Aludo, both of P.O. Box 76164–00508, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Awuor Opee, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 27th January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E714 OF 2024 By Pamela Atieno Okongo, of P.O. Box 194, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Wakenga Nyamboto alias Petro Wakenya Nyamboto, who died at Kachieng Sub-location, on 21st April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
