TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E734 OF 2024 By (1) Samson Juma Obware and (2) Domnick Meshack Owino Nyabande, both of P.O. Box 92, Kadongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Onyiego Nyambade alias Michael Onyiego Nyabande, who died at Kakumu Sub-location, on 10th February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
