Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kinoti Kiara, who died at St. Ann Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2002. CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Koome and (2) Fridah Mukami, both of P.O. Box 143, Chogoria in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhet Kirimi Daudi, who died at Kiangua, on 1st September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E216 OF 2024 By (1) Marycent Ciakuthii Jefew and (2) Lilian Nkirote Bundi, both of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Imanene Mugwika, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2015.
