TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 125 OF 2018 By Mary Mumbi Mwangi, of P.O. Box 163, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wachira Kimari, who died at Sagana Sub-location, on 25th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E283 OF 2024 By (1) George Kinywa Weru Titus and (2) James Njora Kinyua, both of P.O. Box 45–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Kinyua Mithamo alias Kinyua s/o Mithamo, who died at Karatina Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
