TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2024 By Ann Wanza Kyalo, of P.O. Box 237, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Kyalo Wambua, who died on 2nd November, 2019. CAUSE NO. 207 OF 2024 By (1) Wairimu Mutiso Mithini and (2) Antony Mutiso Kimanthi, both of P.O. Box 17, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Muthini, who died on 26th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
