TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2024 By Andrew Wasilwa Muyobo, of P.O. Box 124, Lwandeti in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Macheso Muyobo alias Jotham Macheso Muyovo, who died at Lwandeti Sub-location, on 30th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By (1) Moresi Makokha Shirandula, (2) Benson Luke Shirandula, (3) Henry Mwombe Shirandula and (4) Joseph Lubwa Shirandula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shirandula Mandu, who died at Muting’ong’o Sub-location, on 19th September, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
