TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2024 By William Opare Otwane, of P.O. Box 230, Kamuriai in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obare John Otwane, who died at Kamolo Sub-location, on 30th October, 2003. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2024 By Rosalyne Tata Kalori, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Omuse Emeri alias Raphael Emeri, who died at Kajei Sub-location, on 18th November, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
