TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E443 OF 2024 By Fredrick Paul Nondi Sijenyi, of P.O. Box 11, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Auma Ochieng’, who died at St. Elizabeth Lwak Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E454 OF 2024 By George Henry Oduor Oyango, of P.O. Box 83–40600, Siaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charle Oyango Okelo alias Charles Oyango Okelo, who died at Obambo Sub-location, on 8th December, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
