TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 273 OF 2024 By (1) Godfrey Onyango Okech and (2) Patrick Odhiambo Okech, both of P.O. Box 5, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okech Ogutu alias Okech Ogutu, who died at Ramunde Sub-location, on 12th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. 348 OF 2024 By Topister Anne Akello, of P.O. Box 239–40614, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Hware Akello alias Dominic Akello, who died on 17th April, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
