TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 293 OF 2024 By (1) Godfrey Onyango Okech and (2) Patrick Odhiambo Okech, both of P.O. Box 239, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Getrude Wanina w/o Odongo alias Getrude Wanina, who died at Ramunde Sub-location, on 11th October, 1979. CAUSE NO. E351 OF 2024 By Margaret Anyango Oduor, of P.O. Box 117, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Oduor Munjal, who died on 12th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
