E430 OF 2024 By Saulo Awala Masinya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Masinya Mirany alias Masunya Ngoha, who died on 15th November, 1984. CAUSE NO. E456 OF 2024 By William Riaga Ondiek, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogam Ogam, who died on 21st March, 2006. CAUSE NO. E469 OF 2024 By Nicholas Okoth Achieng, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Ouma Oyolo, who died on 30th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. E563 OF 2024 By Edwin Ago Guya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Okwach Guya alias Oulu Guya, who died on 20th June, 2009.
