E191 OF 2024 By Miriam Atieno Asowa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Asowa Adiang alias Martin Asoa, who died on 15th February, 1989. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2024 By Regina Akoth Chore, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Chore alias Gilbert Chore Ogola, who died on 23rd July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2024 By George Ochieng Rabita, of P.O. Box 37, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Rabita Maruru, who died at Mahaya, on 16th December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
