REGULATION

PURSUANT to the provisions of Standing Order No. 26 (3) of the County Assembly of Homa Bay Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of the Members of the County Assembly and the general public of special sittings of the County Assembly that shall be held on Friday, 16th May, 2025 at the County Assembly Chambers in Homa Bay Town at 9.30 a.m and 11.30 a.m. In accordance with Standing Order No. 26 (4) and (5), the business to be transacted at the special sittings shall be: (1) Consideration of the Homa Bay County Government Second Supplementary Budget Estimates for the FY 2024/2025 pursuant to the provisions of section 135 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, Regulation 39 of the Public Finance Management Regulations, 2015 and Standing Order No. 213 of the County Assembly of Homa Bay Standing Orders. (2) Consideration of the Homa Bay County Street Naming and Property Addressing System Bill, 2025 pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order Nos. 122, 123 and 132 of the County Assembly of Homa Bay Standing Orders.
