E33 OF 2024 By Lydia Njeri Nduta, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Wanderi Nduta alias Ebrahim Wanderi Nduta, late of Juja, who died at Murera, on 23rd October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By (1) Joyce Nyambura Ngugi and (2) Rosemary Wanjira Ngigi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Njuguna, late of Kalimoni, who died there on 3rd March, 2016. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025 By (1) Rahab Wangui Mureithi and (2) Benclinton Makembu Muriithi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winliss Wangari Muriithi, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
