TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 128 OF 2017 By Martha Njoki Mwaura, of P.O. Box 615, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Kimani Warari, who died at Muthengera, on 6th January, 2007. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Murage Muhinyia and (2) David Ndumia Mukundi, the deceased’s brother and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhoro Muhinyia, who died at Ol Jabet Annex Medical N. H., on 3rd March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
