TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By (1) Florence Janika Mbaya, (2) Felix Kidiga Mbaya, (3) Fidel Mwaki Mbaya and (4) Della Jahonga Mbaya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Kidiga Mbaya, who died at Gaigedi Sub- location, on 22nd June, 2025. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By Anne Sangalo Chogo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Chogo, who died at Kivagala Sub-location, on 24th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
