Box 9220, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Doris Cheptarus Menjo alias Doris Jeptarus Kirui, late of Nandi, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 16th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025 By Philip Kipchumba Maiyo, of P.O. Box 962–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charity Rono, late of Kapkong, who died on 30th December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By (1) Jonathan Kibet Kitur, of P.O. Box 30, Kapsabet in Kenya and (2) Catherine Chepkemei Kittur, of P.O. Box 74935–00200, Nairobi in Kenya the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kitur Chepkwony, late of Kapsabet Township, who died there on 5th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
