TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025 By Alfred Rukaa Lokomol, of P.O. Box 266–30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepsera Changwony Musa alias Chepsera Changwont Musa alias Chebosera Musa, who died at Roponywo, on 15th June, 2005. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By Faiza Hassan, of P.O. Box 1, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Mohamed Nashier Naji, who died at Kapenguria County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th February, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
