Box 90424, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Juma Shongwe Tsuma, who died at Mazeras, Rabai, on 2nd November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2024 By (1) Dora Lewo Mambembe and (2) Nelly Manga Mambembe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mambembe Mwamburi, who died at Mikindani, Mombasa, on 22nd August, 2016. CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2025 By Thomas Ochieng Randiki, c/o P.O. Box 453–80109, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Randiki, who died at Mwatamba, Nyali, on 3rd May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2025 By (1) Jumaa Kadzetu Ngala, (2) Lydia Sidi Kadzeha and (3) Jane Kadzeha Ngala, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadzeha Ngala Chome, who died at Concordia, Magogoni, Mombasa, on 6th June, 2020.
