Box 21–20113, Bahati in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Wangui Kiiru, who died at Mutukanio, on 25th September, 2010. CAUSE NO. E241 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Gakuru Mburu and (2) Paul Thagana Mburu, both of P.O. Box 3715–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mburu Thagana, who died at Mithiga, on 13th January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E368 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Gacheru Kinyanjui and (2) Alex Mwangi Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 2360–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kinyanjui Gacheru, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre, on 21st August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
